MCDM 2009 Registration Rates

All papers of main conference and workshops will be presented at Chengdu. There are ONLY social program at Jiuzhaigou and Mt. Emei.

There are 5 registration options: Chengdu+Jiuzhaigou,  Chengdu+Mt. Emei, Chengdu only, Jiuzhaigou only(for accompanying person), Mt. Emei only(for accompanying person).

The Chengdu registration fee for conference attendees covers:

  • Access to all plenary, technical and workshop sessions
  • Food from June 21 to June 24 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
  • Coffee and snacks during the coffee breaks
  • Social events at Chengdu

The Chengdu registration fee does not cover lodging at Chengdu.  The lodging price and social events will be announced separately.

 

**1  Proof of student status is required. Please email it to mcdm2009@yahoo.com, with the subject line "Proof of student status of XXXX". We will accept one of the following types of documents:
1) scanned copy of valid student ID card, with clearly displayed expiration date;
2) an official letter of confirmation from the student's university, with clearly displayed issue date and valid period. You will be also asked to present this proof of student status again at the conference registration desk, when you arrive in Chengdu.

Jiuzhaigou registration Fees include two night hotel double room (two beds), transportation fare, entrance tickets, insurances, shuttle bus fee, Chinese tour guide, charge for the meal (2 breakfast,1 lunch ,2dinner),and the round-trip air ticket of Chengdu-Jiuzhaigou-Chengdu.

Schedule A: ADULT and CHD 12year above:

494USD/person (5star hotel, twin share room)

 

Schedule B: ADULT and CHD 12year above:

 411USD/person (4star hotel twin share room)

 

Schedule C: ADULT and CHD 12year above:

300USD/ person (4star hotel, twin share room). This itinerary needs to join local tour groups, and includes 3-4 shopping and optional programs recommended by the guide who can only speak Chinese.

For Schedule D and E, round-trip bus ticket between Chengdu and Emei, 2nights hotel (twin share room), entrance tickets, guide service, meals, travel insurance，Jinding cable car up and down, Wanian cable car up;

For Schedule F and G, round-trip bus ticket between Chengdu and Emei, one night hotel Double room (two beds), tickets (Not include the wannian cable car), only Chinese tour guide, meals, travel insurance.

Schedule E: ADULT and CHD 12year above:

Schedule F: ADULT and CHD 12year above:
