Tutorial and Workshop Date: June 21,2009.

Main Conference Dates: June 22-26, 2009.


  The following is the tentative agenda of the whole conference:

  • Sunday, June 21: Tutorials and parallel workshops. Most of the attendees are expected to arrive on this day. We will have a “Welcoming Reception” on this evening.
  • Monday, June 22 : Main conference with keynote speeches. We plan to have a local tour in the evening, with dinner provided at cafeteria.
  • Tuesday, June 23: Main conference with keynote speeches. We plan to have a banquet in this evening.
  • Wednesday, June 24: Main conference with award plenary speeches.
  • Thursday, June 25:  Conference continues, social gathering and exchanges of research ideas at Jiuzhaigou and Mt.Emei separately.
  • Friday, June 26: Conference continues, social gathering and exchanges of research ideas at Jiuzhaigou and Mt.Emei separately. The conference closes in late afternoon. All participants to either Jiuzhaigou or Mt. Emei should be returned to Chengdu in the evening of June 26. Please book your returning ticket from Chengdu in afternoon of June 27 in case there is flight or bus delay from Jiuzhaigou or Mt. Emei on June 26.
     

  Depending upon the availability of seminar rooms, we also plan to organize poster sessions and demos/exhibits through the entire event.
